Moving2Neutrality is the name of the mobilizing project that aims to meet the challenge of energy transition in transportation by producing sustainable fuels for carbon neutrality. It is also one of the 23 innovation agendas, supported by the Recovery and Resilience Plan (PRR), which has the contribution of INEGI.

The main objective of the project is to build a green hydrogen production center, using solar and wind energy for production, which contributes to the creation of synthetic and decarbonized fuels. Sines was chosen, due to the region's endogenous conditions, to become a hub for the production of green energy.
