Érica Alexandra André Salvador has been at the Instituto Superior Técnico (IST), since October 2022. Her passion for researching started when she was finishing her BSc project on the Purification of Biodiesel samples with bio-based char's from residual matter. After finishing her BSc, Érica developed her interest in the production of biochar's for multiple uses. At the moment, she is developing optimal ways to produce Biodiesel from sulfonated biochar's and residual feedstocks, while finishing her MSc.
