Opening of a Researcher position in Mining Engineering: applications open until July 19
We are happy to announce the opening of an international selection process for the recruitment of a doctoral initial level researcher in Mining Engineering at Faculdade de Engenharia da Universidade do Porto.
Candidates must have skills and previous experience in correspondence with at least one of the following Strategic Lines of CERENA:
1) Geomodeling, geophysics and geochemistry;
2) Physical, chemical and biological processes.
In addition, preference will be given to candidates with:
- Relevant laboratory experience in areas supporting research in Mining Engineering or Environmental Engineering;
- Relevant knowledge from the point of view of supporting Science and Technology management activities, such as: (1) knowledge of national and international funding programs and experience in preparing applications (2) database creation and management; (3) web page creation and maintenance; (4) drafting communication documents; (5) obtaining scientific productivity indicators; (6) spoken and written English.
