I am the Executive & Communication Officer of CERENA. I am responsible for supporting the Executive Committee in the areas of Program Management and Science Technology & Innovation Projects. I am also responsible for the internal and external communication of CERENA, including CERENA's website, Twitter and Linkedin accounts, media, and outreach activities.
I am graduated in Geology, MSc in Georresources, and Doctorate in Natural Sciences. I have been working in marine mineral resources, namely ferromanganese deposits since I graduated.
2015 Doctorate in Natural Sciences, Mathematisch-Naturwissenschaftlichen Fakultät, Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Germany. Thesis Title: Ferromanganese crusts from the seamounts north of the Madeira island: composition, origin and paleoceanographic conditions.
